1. Who we are

Bueno Bonito Studio, S.L. (Sociedad Unipersonal) (“Bueno Bonito Studio”), tax ID (NIF) B88949862, registered at Avenida María Moliner, 48, 28919 Leganés (Madrid), Spain. Contact: hola@buenobonito.co.

2. What data we collect

What you give us through the packs quiz and our forms (name, email, phone, brand, website or listing, details about your product or project, links to your material and the answers you give us), what you share when booking a call or messaging us on WhatsApp (your number and messages) and, only if you accept the relevant cookies, browsing data. We also record which consent boxes you ticked and when.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your requests, prepare audits, product sheets and proposals, manage calls and deliver the services you hire us for. If you tick the optional box, also to email you ideas, news and offers from Bueno Bonito Studio. If you agree, to measure how the site is used and show you relevant ads.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (forms, the news box and non-essential cookies), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of the contract when we work together, and compliance with legal obligations (e.g. tax). You can withdraw your consent to receive news and offers at any time by emailing hola@buenobonito.co.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as we have a business relationship and, if we don’t end up working together, up to 12 months after our last contact. Invoicing data is kept for the periods required by law. If you tick the news box, we keep that preference until you withdraw it.

6. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only share it with providers that help us run the studio: Cloudflare (website hosting, anti-spam protection and the database where we store your requests), Resend (sending email notices), Cal.com (call booking), DonDominio (email, hosted in Spain), Google (analytics and calendar), Meta (WhatsApp, if you message us there; and advertising, only with your consent), LinkedIn (advertising, only with your consent) and our CRM and automation tools. Some of them may be located outside the EEA/UK; in that case appropriate safeguards apply, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.

7. Use of AI

We may use AI tools to help us prepare audits and briefs. A human always reviews the result before it is sent. We don’t make automated decisions with legal effects on you.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, object to, restrict or port your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing hola@buenobonito.co. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or, if you are in the UK, to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
